Processing Time All orders are carefully prepared and typically ship within 2–4 business days. During busy periods or for custom requests, processing may take up to 5 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is on its way.

How Your Art Is Packaged

Fine Art Prints Prints are shipped flat in rigid, stay-flat mailers or rolled in sturdy tubes for larger sizes — both designed to prevent bending, creasing, or moisture damage in transit.

Original Paintings Original works receive extra care. Each painting is wrapped in glassine paper, cushioned with foam or bubble wrap, and packed in a corrugated box sized to fit. Larger originals may be crated for added protection.

Carriers We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on the size and destination of your order.

Damaged or Lost Shipments If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and artwork immediately and contact us within 48 hours at . We'll make it right.
